Products may be returned for refund within 30 days provided product and packaging is in like new condition with all packing materials intact. Please open and inspect the package upon delivery to ensure that it is the correct item and that it is not damaged or incomplete. The 30 day return period begins on the date of delivery, not the date of installation or first use. If you receive a shipment and plan on having it professionally installed or if you expect a delay before you begin using the product, please be sure to inspect it as soon as it is delivered. Duetto Motors cannot be responsible for an incorrectly shipped item once it has been installed, so please be sure to check the item before you give it to your installer. Incomplete or damaged shipments must be reported to Duetto Motors LLC immediately. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns not due to our error. |
| Installed electrical items may not be returned for refund, but may be exchanged for same item if defective. |
| Special Orders and clearance items are not returnable. |
| All returned items must be shipped insured. Duetto Motors LLC will not be responsible for any uninsured return that is lost or damaged during shipping. |
| All freight on returns must be prepaid. No C.O.D.s will be accepted. |
| Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable for items returned or exchanged not due to our error. In the event of a return due to our error or due to a defective item, we can only refund return shipping charges up to the cost of the original shipping & handling charge. Additional shipping costs incurred by using premium shipping services or third party shippers are the responsibility of the customer. International and/or rush shipping charges are not refundable. |
